CPE were proud to be completing another project with Dezine on the Border Express Project. The project has successfully transformed a large factory site into a vibrant, sustainable environment featuring beautifully landscaped gardens, efficient irrigation systems, and maintained lawns. This comprehensive initiative not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the facility but also promotes a greener, healthier workplace for employees and visitors.
Landscaping and Garden Development:
The project included the design and installation of diverse gardens featuring native and ornamental plants, ensuring seasonal blooms and ecological balance.
Planting:
Strategic planting layouts were implemented to create visually appealing spaces that encourage relaxation and creativity among employees.
Irrigation System:
An advanced irrigation system was designed to ensure optimal water usage, minimizing waste while providing consistent hydration to the gardens and lawns.
The system is equipped with timers and moisture sensors to adapt to varying weather conditions, promoting sustainability.
Lawn Installation:
High-quality turf was laid to create lush green lawns that enhance the overall landscape and provide recreational areas for staff.
Regular maintenance practices, including mowing, fertilization, and pest management, have been established to ensure the longevity and health of the lawns.
Maintenance Program:
A comprehensive 52-week maintenance plan has been implemented, covering all aspects of garden care, lawn upkeep, and irrigation system monitoring.
This program includes routine inspections, seasonal planting, pruning, and adjustments to the irrigation system to adapt to changing conditions.
