Fraser Rise Community Hub

CPE were engaged to complete a very intricate play space including custom furniture, fencing, play tower. Utilising nature products like timber and boulders. Other items include shade structures, sand pits, water features, paving, turf, and gardens.

The project included three separate areas for different age groups and an open space area.

The project difficulties included a very tight time frame with many different items in a small space.

Eaglehawk Playspace

The play area was designed to improve the area and create a play area for all ages throughout the local Bendigo area.

Entire playspace was designed in the shape of an eagle (when viewed from above).

There is an extensive amount of nature and standard play items though out the whole area, BBQ area for family and friends.

CPE completed the project with the difficulties for managing vehicle and pedestrian management as the lake was still in use as a recreational facility and completing the natural play items with the compliance standards.

Bendigo Hospital

CPE were engaged to work with ACE to complete the 46 internal courtyards paving, garden beds and planting over 6 different levels. CPE worked closely with ACE to work with the difficult nature of constructing the internal courtyards with limited space and access while keeping on time for the opening of the hospital.

Externally CPE completed all soft landscaping around the new hospital including fully automatic decoder irrigation system with over 110 station, turf and planting including established trees.

Kids Foundation

CPE were engaged to complete a new play space of Kids Foundation including softfall rubber, play items and soft landscaping to play are and surrounding the building. CPE were also engaged to do revegetation replanting though an existing tree area to replace the trees that were removed as part of the building works.

Bendigo TAFE

CPE were engaged to complete the landscaping around new TAFE building including fully automatic irrigation system, garden beds, planting, lawn areas, custom sawn sandstone boulder, steel edging, Furniture, working with the local aboriginal community to incorporate indigenous planting and custom timber work achieved with minimal access while completing the project on time.
